Yoga A La Mexchicana

"yoga pa' la gente"

I was first introduced to yoga at age 16 and instantly fell in love. In 2022, I made the brave decision to get my 200YTT certification. I dedicate my practice primarily to women and people of color. My classes are beginner friendly and are centered around themes (IE: playlists that evoke certain emotions or heal a certain trauma). I teach Yoga Sculpt on the last Sunday of every month from 10:00-11:00 AM at One Body Strength and Conditioning in Long Beach, CA. As well as. teach Vinyasa Flow every Friday morning at

6:30 AM at Long Beach Rising in Long Beach, CA.
